ADDITIONAL NOTES REGARDING FICA & PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: • A lease agreement may be submitted for those renting from agencies. • Only original documents may be submitted in respect of ID Books, Smart Card IDs, Passports, Valid VISA’s or Traffic Register Certificates. • Unfortunately, drivers’ licenses may NOT be used as a proof of identification. • All FICA documents and proof of payment must be provided before any assets will be released. • Kindly note that assets will only be released once the total amount due on the invoice reflects in our bank account. Therefore, invoices will only be stamped with the Claremart paid stamp once the money reflects in our account. Please note that no cash will be accepted on the premises, and bank charges must be paid for cash deposits made directly into our account. • Purchased assets must please be removed within 14 days (by 14h30 on Friday 31 May 2023) after the auction. Please note that daily penalties will be levied to bidders not collecting their assets within the 14-day collection period. • No buyer changes will be allowed. A person who attends an auction on behalf of another person must produce a letter of authority and register in the name of the person. PAYMENT & COLLECTION TERMS: • Full payment required immediately after the auction by means of EFT only.
